What is the exam for unior Instructor Technician Medical Electronics in KPSC?

Has anyone here applied for the Junior Instructor post in Kerala Technician Medical Electronics service? If so, what are the qualifications and how to prepare for the examination?

Kerala PSC conducts recruitment for Junior Instructor (Various Trades) for the Kerala Industrial Training department. According to the latest notification, the qualification is
1. S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification.
2. (a) National Trade Certificate in the appropriate trade with three
years experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate.
OR
(b) National Apprenticeship Certificate in the appropriate trade
with one year experience after obtaining the certificate.
OR
(c) Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering from a
Government or Government recognized polytechnic or its
equivalent qualification.
