Need a Technician in Dublin to Solve Mobile Data Connectivity Issue

Post by Emmanuel »

I have been struggling to solve the data connectivity problem on my phone for 3 days after coming from a vacation trip with family. I contacted my mobile service providers, but there is no solution yet. I know my handset works fine. Does anyone in this community stay in Dublin or familiar with mobile networking in Ireland? I am looking for a mobile data network technician in particular.

You said you were on a vacation. Did you go abroad and back, or were you traveling inside Ireland? Another question is, were you using mobile data in your trip without a connectivity problem?

Mobile Data Connectivity Issue in Dublin

Post by Emmanuel »

Hello Stanley yes I went abroad. I used mobile data rarely and was in roaming mode. I relied on hotel WiFi mostly during the vacation. I am back in Dublin now, but the mobile data is not working.

Ok, I understand. I missed one important question. Which mobile data network you use? 48 or Vodafone?

Welcome to the SysToSys Community, Emmanuel. I understand you are looking for mobile technicians familiar with network providers in Ireland, but we can still help you fix the problem.

To help you, we want to know the mobile service provider's name, your handset details (Android or iOS), and the error message(if any).

Check with neighbors. If they can use mobile internet (assuming the same service provider), you must focus on phone's complaints.

Xavior, the network service provider is Three. My phone is Android.

My neighbors are using 48 and Three. I will ask them.

Three Mobile Network Data Connectivity Problem

Post by Xavior »

@Emmanuel

In your previous post, you mentioned contacting three mobile network service providers. What did they tell you about the reason for your data connectivity problem?

Did you check your data balance? It is possible that you might have reached the monthly data limit.

What have your neighbors said about their mobile data Internet? Are they facing trouble?

Emmanuel,

48 operates in Three's mobile network. I always see both of them as the same. So, if Three is working in your area, 48 should be working too. I worked in Dublin for one year, and I was using 48.
