You should keep same content and links on the mobile version of your company website. No change from the desktop version. But I recommend you go for a responsive theme rather than creating seperate website for mobile views.

I have affiliate links on my blog. I added rel="nofollow" to each links and make sure the post has 600 words minimum. I place one affiliate link only on a page. I never received a warning or penalty from Google or Bing.
