Windows Defender Firewall Has Blocked Some Features of Opera Browser App

Hello everyone, I have been seeing this Windows warning whenever I open Opera browser. The warning says,

Windows Defender firewall has blocked some features of this aap

I click the allow access button and the Opera browser works fine. Is it a real problem or a software bug?

Thanks James, I was about asking the same question. I opened q Bittorrent and Windows firewall showed the exact same warning message.

Windows Defender Firewall has blocked some features of qBittorrent - a Bittorrent client on all public and private networks. The app has already been blocked unblocked for a different network type.
